  • You can refer prospective clients from all around the world. However, we conduct our consultations in English, which requires at least a basic level of understanding and communication skills.
  • Do I have to know the referred person personally?
  • Even though it's easier to get results when the person knows you, you don't have to know them personally.
  • Can you guarantee that they get a visa?
  • Please note that an agent cannot guarantee the success of an application, and that the decision and approval authority rests solely with the Department of Home Affairs.

  • When do they have to pay the consultation fee?
  • Consultation fees are payable upfront. Please contact us directly if you would like more information.
  • Can they cancel or reschedule?
  • They can cancel or reschedule their appointments by logging into their accounts. HOWEVER, late Cancellation/Non-attendance Policy fees may apply. If they are unsure about this fee, please have them contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Please note that appointments times are limited. If clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments, we respectfully request a 72-hour notice. We do NOT offer refunds. However, if clients give us at least a 72-hour notice, we will credit their payments toward another appointment. Conversely, if they do not cancel with at least a 72-hour notice, they will lose any payments they have already made.
  • How do I receive my $100 Hotel Savings Card?
  • After each successful referral, you will receive an email from us with a special code to use on the program's Booking VIP Plus website. Next, select your destination of choice and book your accommodations.
  • Is there any limitation on the number of Hotel Savings Cards I can receive?
  • No limitations! You will receive a $100 Hotel Savings Card for each person referred by you, who signs up to use our immigration consultation service.
  • Where can I use the Hotel Savings Card?

IRMAP (Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession) provides definitive rules for the migration profession, the functions of the MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority), legislation regulating the profession, and what a client can reasonably expect from a migration agent.

Code of Conduct

Under Australian law, a person who wishes to operate as a migration agent must be registered with the MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority). A copy of the Code of Conduct can be found in Schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
